Pain Relief and Chiropractic Care in Mendon, NY
At Rochester Sports Chiropractic, we help patients throughout Mendon, Pittsford, Honeoye Falls, and Victor, NY recover from pain, improve mobility, and get back to living actively. Whether you're dealing with low back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, or headaches, we’re here to help you heal naturally—with care that’s personal, hands-on, and results-driven.
Low Back Pain
Low back pain is one of the most common complaints we see in our Mendon office. It can stem from poor posture, spinal misalignment, disc issues, or overuse. Our chiropractic adjustments restore alignment and reduce inflammation, helping you move freely and with less pain.
Back Pain and Sciatica
Chronic back pain and sciatica often go hand-in-hand. When the sciatic nerve is irritated—due to a herniated disc, pelvic misalignment, or tight muscles—it can send pain shooting from your low back down one or both legs. We use targeted adjustments and muscle therapy to relieve nerve pressure and promote healing.
Hip Pain
Your hips are essential for walking, bending, and sitting. When out of alignment, the hips can cause instability or lead to pain in your back, knees, or even shoulders. Chiropractic care can realign the pelvis, reduce inflammation, and restore joint function.
Shoulder Pain
Shoulder pain can limit your range of motion and interfere with everyday tasks like reaching, lifting, or sleeping. We treat shoulder pain caused by posture, rotator cuff injuries, and nerve impingement—often with great results after just a few visits.
Headaches
Tension headaches and cervicogenic headaches (which start in the neck) are often caused by poor alignment in the cervical spine. Our gentle adjustments and soft tissue therapy help relieve tension and reduce headache frequency and intensity without relying on medications.
Sports Injuries
Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a competitive athlete, sports injuries can sideline your performance and daily life. Common sports injuries like sprains, strains, joint dysfunction, and muscle imbalances respond well to chiropractic care. We specialize in treating sports-related back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, and nerve-related issues like sciatica, helping you recover faster and prevent future injuries.

RockTape
Microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia below to decompress the area, reducing swelling and inflammation, and aids in speeding recovery. RockTape stimulates the nerve endings and receptors in the skin to alter the signals of pain that are sent to the brain, to 'turn down the volume on pain' and delay fatigue. RockTape promotes body awareness to help correct posture and movement pattern dysfunction. It's ideal for "text neck" and other common posture issues.
